THE 2010-2011 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

We are excited to announce that L.E.A.D. Adair County is now accepting applicantions for the 2011 Leadership class. The 2011 class will mark the seventh Adair County class to participate in leadership training.

This year’s program will feature an expanded curriculum as well as intensive leadership and team building training. It will offer a more in-depth look at leadership styles. The format is designed to bring out the very best in your employees or yourself. This would be a great investment in your organization's future.

The program also includes community projects and monthly program sessions September-May, with graduation in June. Times and dates of monthly sessions will be decided by participants.

Although we feel that leadership begins at an early age, this program is designed for adults, 18 years and older. We hope that you will choose to sponsor an employee, community member, or even decide to partake on this adventure yourself. An exciting leadership opportunity awaits!!!
